2009-010 PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Welcome back, LDA!  After a short hiatus last year, I’m happy to say LDA has returned and is going strong.  I wanted to introduce myself as the Lansing Dietetic Association President for 2009-2010.  I completed my undergraduate and Master’s degree at Central Michigan University (CMU) and did my internship at Michigan State University.  I now work at Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital in Charlotte as a clinical and outpatient dietitian and diabetes program coordinator.  I live in Dimondale with my husband, Dave and I’m looking forward to being part of LDA for many years to come. 

The LDA board has met multiple times, and we are excited about the year to come.  We are always looking for interesting continuing education opportunities and speakers for LDA meetings.  If you have any ideas, please feel to contact any of us anytime!  LDA’s board for 2009-2010 is:
